Notes: The Red Scooter Blenny can be difficult to keep based on its picky feeding habits. It will do best in a reef aquarium with plenty of live sand and live rock, which will provide its live natural foods.
If you want to keep more than one house one male with three to four females. Several males may be kept in larger aquariums. The male can be differentiated by brighter colors and a larger first dorsal fin.
Feed frozen carnivore preparations containing finely chopped marine flesh, mysid shrimp, and vitamin-enriched brine shrimp.
