Notes: The Unicorn Tang is generally easy to keep and is a great community reef fish. It has a horn on its forehead that usually begins to develop once the fish reaches a size of around six inches. It may behave aggressively towards Naso Tangs and other Unicorn Tangs. Provide it with plenty of open swimming space and lots of live rock for it to graze on.
Feed a diet rich in vegetable matter including frozen herbivore foods, dried seaweed, or live macro algae. Adults also feed on mysid shrimp and brine shrimp.
