Notes: Juvenile Mimic Tangs are bright yellow and look similar to the Herald's Angel. Adults turn to a nice yellow-brown color. The Mimic Tang is not aggressive and should not bother most tank-mates. This fish is best kept singly. A great choice for the reef aquarium, the Mimic Tang will not bother corals, clams, or invertebrates. Provide plenty of live rock for it to graze on.
Feed a diet rich in vegetable matter including frozen herbivore foods, dried seaweed, or live macro algae.
