Notes: A popular Red Sea fish, the Sohal Tang is a great reef fish, but it is quite territorial and can be highly aggressive. Best kept as the only Tang in a large, aggressive aquarium. It is a good candidate for the Predator Reef Aquarium. Suitable tank mates include Triggers, Lions, Groupers, Puffers, Butterflies, and large Wrasses & Angels. Provide plenty of open swimming space and lots of live rock for it to graze on.
Feed a diet rich in vegetable matter including frozen herbivore foods, dried seaweed, or live macro algae.
