Notes: The Mystery Wrasse is one of the most striking saltwater fish you will ever see. These exotic beauties are rarely available to hobbyists. They require an established aquarium with plenty of live rock and live sand. This peaceful wrasse and can be housed with a wide variety of docile reef fish, including other small wrasse.
The Mystery Wrasse is a great reef fish and is often seen cruising all over the tank looking for food. It feeds on troublesome pyramidellid snails and commensal flatworms, and is harmless to coral, clams, and invertebrates. Do not keep it with aggressive predators, or larger aggressive wrasses.
Feed a mixed diet of carnivore preparations, finely chopped meaty foods, mysid shrimp, vitamin-enriched brine shrimp, and/or live black worms.
