Groups of Camel Shrimp may be kept together, and will often gather in small caves, or under ledges. They are somewhat reclusive during the day.
Camel Shrimp are not considered reef safe as they will eat corals and zoanthids.
Camel Shrimp will scavenge the aquarium for leftover scraps of food missed by the fish. Supplemental feeding is usually not required as long as there are some leftovers for them to eat.
