Notes: This flourescent Green Hydnophora requires moderate water currents and intense lighting provided by metal halides to maintain its color. It is important that proper calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium levels are maintained. Use of Kalkwasser Mix or a calcium reactor will be of great benefit.

Place the Hydnophora Coral on an exposed rock along the top of the aquarium where currents will be able to supply it with necessary nutrients and trace elements. Make sure to leave plenty of space (2"-4") between the Hydnophora Coral and other corals as it is agressive and will sting nearby corals.

Vivid Aquariums recommends feeding SPS corals with Oyster-Feast and/or Roti-Feast.
