ReVive is Vivid Aquariums' top choice for coral dips. It is made from natural plant extracts. We use ReVive to dip all of our new corals before placing them in our systems. We have personally seen this product remove and kill, Montipora Eating Nudibranchs, Acropora Eating "Red Bugs", and Acropora Eating Flat Worms. We prepare our dips using four capfuls per 1 gallon of saltwater and dip for 8-15 minutes. We also use a turkey baster to blow jets of water all over the coral and help blow off any unwanted parasites. Currently we believe Revive is simply the best coral dip on the market.

When to use: ReVive Coral Cleaner is designed for all general purpose live coral cleansing, including the acclimation of live corals to aquariums, rinsing newly fragmented corals, and dipping corals infected with an unwanted parasite such as Montipora Eating Nudibranchs, Acropora Eating "Red Bugs", and Acropora Eating Flat Worms.

Directions: Mix 4 capfuls (40 ml) of ReVive per gallon of clean saltwater in a bucket or other container suitable for bathing the coral. Wash coral in this mixture for a few minutes while using a turkey baster to blow unwanted parasites off of the coral. After the bath, remove coral from ReVive/saltwater mixture and place it in a saltwater aquarium with moderate water flow. The ReVive/saltwater may be used again for cleaning several corals, but it should be discarded after 1 hour of use.
